Nesse vídeo você vai ver o sistema de supressão de incêndio para veículos off road, sua empresa depende da produção do seu equipamento e proteger esse investimento é algo crítico para o sucesso do seu negócio. Quando ocorre um incêndio o sistema de supressão de incêndio passa por uma série de ações críticas para proteger seu equipamento. Primeiro o incêndio é detectado pelo detector térmico linear ou por outros métodos de detecção aprovadas, um sinal é enviado da área de risco para o painel de detecção, fazendo o alarme do sistema.
O painel de incêndio envia um sinal para o dispositivo de atuação, o acionador manual e automático, este acionador perfura a vedação do cartucho de atuação liberando a pressão do atuador e o atuador pneumático perfura a vedação no cartucho de gás expelente permitindo que nitrogênio flua para o tanque do agente de supressão. Quando a pressão suficiente é atingida dentro do tanque do agente o conjunto de disco de ruptura rompe liberando o agente de supressão que é distribuído por toda rede de bicos projetados para cobrir as áreas de riscos específicos. O agente é descarregado sob pressão constante para garantir um padrão de descarga completo e inundando rapidamente à área protegida para suprimir o incêndio, para ter mais segurança o sistema também é equipado com capacidade de um atuador manual, esses pontos de atuação estão localizados no caminho de saída do sistema.
