TOTAL INITIAL AMOUNT: R $ 200,094.23

At the time, we remind you of the need to comply with Vale S.A.’s Legal and Internal Standards regarding Safety, Occupational Medicine and the Environment, especially and without limiting: presentation of the relationship of employees, ASO (Occupational Health Certificate), with the respective complementary exams involving exams admission, periodicals, change and dismissal and dismissal, among others, PPRA – Program of Prevention of Environmental Risks, PCMSO – Medical Control and Occupational Health Program, licenses as appropriate, in addition to the paid documents, relating to the payment of taxes, social charges and other obligations required in the contract.
